All membership subscriptions (whether they are Core, Plus, Elite, Ultimate, or any Vault access tiers, as well as any add-on memberships such as VIP or Hustlr) are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refund will be issued for fees already paid or for the current billing cycle.
2. One-Time Purchases
- Non-Refundable One-Time Purchases:
Purchases for one-time digital products such as Boosters and Courses are final. Upon purchase, you will receive immediate and lifetime access to the product, confirming that refunds cannot be provided later.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Subscription Cancellation:
You can cancel your paid membership at any time by using the cancellation features available in your “My Account” section. Cancellation stops future billing; however, you will continue to have access to the service and digital products until the end of the current paid period. - No Refunds Upon Cancellation:
Since TribeAura provides digital goods that can be accessed immediately and indefinitely (as long as your subscription is active), we do not issue refunds when a subscription is canceled.
4. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that there may be rare cases where you feel a refund is warranted. However, due to the nature of digital goods and our operational costs, refunds are seldom granted.
- Duplicate Purchases:
