1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By registering an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Platform Overview:
    TribeAura is a paid community platform where digital creators can access premium resources, engage with a targeted community, and utilize growth tools.
  • Membership Options:
    • Free Membership: Grants access to general discussions and forums only.
    • Paid Memberships: Includes multiple tiers—Core, Plus, Elite, Ultimate—as well as add-ons such as VIP and Hustlr.
    • Vault Access: Available in Basic, Pro, and Lifetime access tiers.
    • One-Time Purchases: Boosters and Courses are available separately.
  • Digital Goods and Content:
    All premium content provided on TribeAura is owned and controlled by TribeAura, unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., with specific PLR/MRR content).

3. User Registration and Account Responsibilities

  • Eligibility:
    Users must provide a valid email address and any required registration information. We do not collect or verify age data.
  • Account Security:
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

4. Subscription, Payment, and Refunds

  • Payment Processing:
    Payments for subscriptions are handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms, as well as these Terms.
  • Subscription Cancellation:
    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, please note that due to the digital nature of our goods, refunds will not be issued once access is granted.
  • Changes to Fees:
    Any changes to subscription fees will be communicated via email and community announcements.

5. User-Generated Content and Community Conduct

  • Content Uploads:
    Users may post or upload content (limited to 25MB per upload) to community forums and discussions.
  • Content Guidelines:
    All content must comply with our community rules. Uploading prohibited or infringing material may result in immediate termination of your account.
  • Ownership:
    All content provided on TribeAura remains the property of TribeAura. Users are not permitted to sell or distribute TribeAura content without explicit permission.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The content, design, logos, and resources on TribeAura are the exclusive property of TribeAura and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantees:
    TribeAura makes no guarantees regarding the results achieved by using our services. Your individual success will depend on your own efforts and abilities.
  • No Liability:
    Under no circumstances shall TribeAura, its affiliates, or its directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to service interruptions or inaccuracies in information provided.
  • No Warranties:
    Our services and content are provided “as is” without any warranties, either expressed or implied.

8. Termination and Suspension

  • Termination by TribeAura:
    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, including engaging in prohibited behavior such as sharing prohibited content or account sharing.
  • Termination at Your Request:
    You may cancel your subscription at any time. Termination of your account will result in the removal of your access to premium content, subject to our data retention policy (your personal data will be removed within one month of account deletion).

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Wyoming, USA.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through negotiation and, if needed, through binding arbitration in Wyoming.

10. Modifications to the Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes occur, we will notify you via email and post an announcement on our community platform.
  • Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. In some cases, you may be required to re-accept the updated Terms upon your next login.
